The barn can easily accommodate 150-200 guests in a unique setting. Very flexible outdoor spaces can accommodate many more guests. There is a large wrap-around deck overlooking the 30 acre nature preserve. The barn is fully ADA  compliant with 'beautifully decorated 'shabby chic' indoor men's and women's restrooms. There is a large bar and a full commercial kitchen and catering area. 

What is a quick overview of the barn?

Based on photo that was taken prior to 1913, the 3,500 square foot barn is a post and beam timber barn constructed in 2005 by a local Amish crew. Built on the original 1808 barn foundation of the Cooke Tavern barn it combines history with new construction. 

What about the Outdoor 'special spaces'?

This property is a reclaimed 33 acre marsh that is in a permanent conservation easement. Many visitors have come to education and community events here. There are stunning views and special places along the banks of world renowned Penns Creek.  

Tell me about the Nature Trails and Boardwalk?

The Nature Preserve (Muddy Paws Marsh) has over two miles of mowed walking trails to enjoy and re-connect with Nature. There is a large boardwalk that can be used for ceremonies or for cocktail/happy hours. There are many scenic views and places for photo opportunities.

Use of the 3500 square foot barn and 33 acre nature preserve.

• Six(6) 48 inch rectangle tables.

• 250 white folding wedding chairs. 
• Professional staging sections to create a stage for DJ/band.
• Portable bars on patio and/or in the barn. 
• Use of the dressing area for bridal party. 
• Use of commercial kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, sinks, stove (no oven). 
• Use of catering area which has sink and staging area. 
• Miscellaneous galvanized tubs, watering cans and decorations. 
• All cleaning services at the end of the main event.
